The Scope

The survey designed by Ms Kartsanis aims to uncover the everyday habits that distinguish successful leaders. It explores the practical routines and decision-making approaches that drive strategic clarity, team performance, and personal resilience. By asking leaders how they manage their time, which habits most impact their teams, and how they sustain focus and trust in a changing environment, the survey aims to surface authentic insight which will act as a catalyst for reflection, dialogue, and growth.

The Dialogue

The heart of the Summit unfolds after the survey findings are presented, with an interactive dialogue featuring 3 CEOs and 3 Directors from Your Directors Club and CEO Clubs Greece, moderated by Chrysa Spyropoulou, Marketing & Communication Director at Affidea.
