Spiros Verginis is a Strategic leader with 20+years of driving revenue and promoting transformation in multiple segments. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated success in identifying market dynamics, developing and executing robust strategies, maintaining profitable sales growth and overseeing business operations regularly. He is capable of building, maintaining and strengthening robust working relations with customers, team members and stakeholders. He has ability to define commercial processes, policies and KPIs, monitor related performances and ensure identification of improvement actions by liaising with other Commercial Office units.

Engaging and collaborative, he is a trusted partner to C-level leadership, relied upon to identify and capitalize on opportunities for major savings and process improvement

He has a strong career in pharmaceutical industry for more than 23 years having work in Janssen, the pharma company of J&J, in Galenica one of the leading Greek pharma companies and for the last 6 years in one of the most transformative multinational companies, Bausch Health, now Bausch + Lomb.

He holds a Diploma in Chemical Engineering (University of Patras) and an MBA.

Current Position

Being in the position of Commercial Manager & Business Unit Head in Bausch+Lomb for Greece, Cyprus and Malta, he spearheads and monitors a team of one marketing manager, two product managers, four sales managers, two key accounts managers and 35 sales representatives for smooth running of business operations in areas of Ophthalmology and OTC.
